Four checks before any helper can send their first offer.

Every helper passes all four before they can send a single offer. Every helper re-confirms every twelve months. Anything off, and the badge disappears.

Your money sits where neither of us can touch it.

When you accept an offer, the full amount moves into a separate client-money account at our regulated payments partner. It stays there until you say it's done — or until a flagged problem is closed.

    Account info, ID & NIN for confirmation, payment metadata, in-app chat, and GPS only during an active help.
  • What helpers see
    Your first name, the meeting point, and what the help is. Phone numbers and exact addresses stay masked behind in-app chat.
  • Where it lives
    Encrypted at rest. Verification documents stored separately from your profile, accessible only to vetted reviewers.
  • Your rights
    Export, correct, or delete your data at any time. NDPR-aligned. We do not sell data, ever.
05 — Helper standards

The rules helpers agree to. No exceptions.

Every helper signs this on day one. Most never come close to breaking it. The few who do, leave.

  • Helpers must reply to active help chats within 4 hours during agreed windows.
  • Photo or short video at every milestone — no proof, nothing is released.
  • All money goes through GetHelp. Asking to be paid off-platform triggers immediate review.
  • Helpers may not pass a help to anyone who hasn't confirmed it's them.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or anything unsafe means permanent removal — no second chance.
